Two official websites

There are two websites for TortoiseSVN, <http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/> which
is the top result on Google, and <http://tortoisesvn.net/> which you get to from
the program's About box. Shouldn't one website redirect to the other?

Most of the links on the Tigris site point to tortoisesvn.net but the main page
has out-of-date information.
