The contents of the attached ZIP file go in the contrib folder. There's
some documentation (which talks about the license issue -- please take a
look at that), some include bits-and-bobs, and one example plugin,
written in C#, including a walkthrough for writing your own. The
documentation mentions an ATL-based plugin as well, but I've not
integrated that yet.

Is there anyone out there who could cobble another example or two
together in another language/framework? VB.NET would be very similar to
the C#, but I'd be interested in Python or Ruby, or MFC or straight
Win32, etc.
