Request for Log dialog: Unescape the path in the title

Hi,

With TSVN nightly r12514, the path in the title of Log dialog is
escaped in some cases; from Repo-browser, from Merge dialog. It is
hard to read if the path contains non-ascii characters.

I want it to be unescaped. I think, but not sure, it was unescaped in
TSVN 1.4.x.

Could it be changed?
