Why would you want this? If you have the URL already in your clipboard,
a simple Ctrl-V will paste it into the URL field.
Such a feature could be annoying for those who often copy URLs but not
Subversion repo URLs. And since there's no way to find out how long an
URL has been in the clipboard already, this could even confuse users.
