Feature Request - Create the folder for the first checkout.

Hello,

I will be nice if TortoiseSVN create the first folder for the checkout,
name of the project.
At office, we use TCVS and TSVN and some people are confused about the
creation or not.
I think svn (linux) do it.

Maybe via TSVN checkout dialog :

Repository----------------------------------------------------------------
URL of repository : "https:/127.0.0.1/SVN/PARENTPATH/PROJECTDIR27"
Checkout Directory : "C:\Documents and Settings\vcf\Bureau"
[checkbox] Create the folder "PROJECTDIR27"
[checkbox] Only check out the top folder
[checkbox] Omit externals
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I had try to find in the mailists archives, unsuccessfully.
If the question was already debated, sorry.
