VS2008 and feature pack

Hi,

MS has released the feature pack for VS2008:

I've installed it because apart from TSVN, I like to use some of the new
features in my other projects. But there's a small problem:
The TSVN installer grows from 8MB to 17MB if the feature pack is
installed. There's no way around that - apart from deinstalling the
feature pack :(

That means that users will have to live with an installer almost double
in size than it is right now. So, prepare yourselves - I'd like to make
the change this weekend, then start replacing the GRETA regex with the
one included in the feature pack.
