Can not remove folder

Hello
I have
TortoiseSVN-1.4.8.12137-win32-svn-1.4.6.msi
OS: Vista Business with latest updates
Sometimes I can not go into some folders, can not remove it.
File monitor says that the folder is blocked by tortoisesvn process.
Unfortunately, this bug is difficult to reproduce.
Is it possible to fix it?
