Suggestion about recurring donations

Hey.

I'm not sure if this have been mentioned before, but I wonder why it is
that TSVN does not support recurring donations? (PayPal does for sure)

Off the top of my head, there are several advantages of recurring donations:

- *Much* more practical for people, as they won't have to remember (and
spend time) donating all the time (they will simply see the donation on
their monthly report instead)
- Makes it easy to donate for as long as you use TSVN, and stop donating
when you stop using TSVN
- Usually "easier on the wallet" to spread donations over a period
instead of having to find a larger amount "here and now"

The only downside is probably that the total amount of donations might
become slightly less because of transaction fees. But if you
counter-calculate inflation, you probably end up more or less even most
of the time.
