[TSVN] Bug Report. I can't uncheck the "Use system locale for date/time" in Setting.

Hi all..

 

I tested it in TSVN-1.5.0-r12528.

 

1. Enter the Setting dialog.

2. Uncheck the ¡°Use system locale for date/time¡±

3. Apply and Exit.(OK)

4. Re enter the Setting dialog.

5. But the ¡°Use system locale for date/time¡± is checked.

 

Is this bug or my mistake?
