horizontal scrolling in TMerge

Hello!

There are a couple of minor problems with horizontal scrolling in
TortoiseMerge.

Subversion 1.5.0, -beta1

Please try this:

# echo very very very very very very very very very very very very very
very very very very very very very long line > c:\file.txt

# TortoiseMerge.exe /base:c:\file.txt /mine:c:\file.txt

Now, scroll the text left and hit [Ctrl-R] to reload file.

The right view will be scrolled right, while the left view will stay
scrolled left.

I think, the right view should be scrolled horizontally to the same
position after reloading.

The second problem: if you scroll text horizontally with the scroll bar,
the window at the bottom (that shows differences in lines) is not
refreshed until you move mouse over the text.
