Bug: uninstall on WinXP leave's registry entries and start menu items

Bug: uninstall on WinXP leave's all registry entries. The Start menu folder
(which had been moved from it's default position and renamed) and all menu
entries also remained.

I have a .reg file of all keys/values I manually deleted after successful
uninstall if that helps.

PS I added the "OwnerdrawnMenus" entry after having problems with the
context menu never appearing. I don't know enough about windows coding to
know if that could prevent proper deletion of all TortoiseSVN registry
keys...
