Danish GUI translation complete + Possibility of sending out mails on .pot update?

Hey.

I've just completed the danish GUI translation in r12497 :). Thanks for
all the explanations and stuff.

I wondered if it would be possible to automatically send out mails to
translators when the .pot file is updated? That would be quite useful.

Perhaps a text file in the translations folder where translators can
commit their e-mail address to, and remove again if wanted, and hook
that up to a post-commit hook?
