Just curious, when will the TSVN documentation be updated to explain (in
detail) the changelist feature? I guess the more general question is, when
will the documentation for TSVN 1.5 be released? From the explanations here
it sounds like changelists can be used outside of the commit dialog, which
is really confusing to me. I think the best way for me to understand
changelists and how they've changed in 1.5 is to just read the official
documentation.
