Statistics in beta1 - r12411

Hi dev...

When looking at the stats graph it appears to me that it is off by one
week:

Showing the the first 100 log entries of http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk
it indicates that the latest commits have been in week 12, but my
calender says that we are now in week 13. I don't know if there are
some local differences to this, but this problem seems to be more than
just a discussion about the week starting on sundays or mondays...
(And I guess the locales settings should take care of that).

Also I would love for the stats to remember "Authors case sensitive"
and "Sort by commit count" settings.
