To all translators

Hi folks,

In the last few days 3 new appendices have been added to the docs.
These were taken directly from the FAQ and I am in the process of
re-writing them, so please do not translate them yet.

To avoid any further unnecessary work I have removed the links from
the master document so that they do not appear in the pot file.
