Context Menu icons do not display

Hi,

This is an interesting issue and I'm not sure what the actual problem is.
When I use WindowBlinds to set a new theme in Windows XP, the TortoiseSVN
context menu icons no longer show up. However, if I switch it to the
original Windows XP theme, they show up just fine (works in classic theme as
well).

Would you guys have any ideas on how to fix this issue?
