TSVNCache crash nightly r12406

Remote server 1.4.6 on XP

Circumstances.
First execution of TSVN since update yesterday's nightly.

A new E: drive. No non system files or folders.
Checkout a 1200 + rev repo and allow TSVN to create the folder.
Very early in the process an exception occurred in TSVNCache.exe

"The exception unknown software exception (0xc00000fd) occurred in the
application at location 0x77f8646f.

The checkout was allowed to complete successfully before killing message.
