TSVNCache

Howdy,

I know there has been quite some discussion about TSVNCache in this
forum. Having read some of them, I tried to improve my build's
performance so I changed my build to create files and everything outside
my project folder and in TortoiseSVN I removed all drivers and
everything and only included my project folder. therefore, up here I
expect TSVNCache process to be looking inside my project folder.
However, what I am observing is that as the java process accesses java
files TSVNCache also examines those files which is killing some
performance. Does anybody know why this happens and if there is any way
around it?

Bests,
Farzad-
