[BUG] "server busy" error when drag'n'drop from repobrowser

Hello!

Here is receipt to reproduce the error:

- run repobrowser

- select an item in left or right panel (file or directory - doesn't
metter)

- drag it outside with right mouse button and drop it in explorer

- a popup menu with two items (copy, cancel) appears

- wait for a few seconds, don't click anything

- the error message pops up (see the picture attached to the letter)

Additionally, if you move the mouse cursor over repobrowser after you
see the menu in explorer, it will change to the drag'n'drop cursor.

That's the version I use: TortoiseSVN 1.5.0, Build 12222 - 32 Bit
