No, I absolutely would not. No more than I would stop watching TV if they decided to embed commercial advertisements in the programs, or stop using Google if they should decide to start displaying ads on the pages, stop going to movies because the theater pushed local businesses in on-screen ads, or stop driving if someone were to post ads on giant signs along the highway.

Whether or not you have a problem with the license is a subject on which I'm not qualified to comment, but at least as long as installation of such a toolbar is optional, and the un-install worked properly, I would not have an objection.

And let's not forget, TSVN is open source. If you really get your knickers in a knot over the same thing that happens in many other aspects of your life that you successfully ignore, fork the code and create an installer *without* the toolbar.
