As a user of TSVN, I _really_ wouldn't like it.
As an alternative, how about "Donate to TSVN" as part of the installer, which would take you to a PayPal site?
That is far less invasive.

There is also the strong consideration of what that toolbar would do, and how it would reflect on TSVN.
