I completely agree. I don't think it is a bug per se. However, I want
to know if there is a possibility that I am doing something wrong on
the client. As for the server setup, my hands are tied since this is
at a vendor site and their support won't be available until Monday. My
only question is how is that string generated for the PROPPATCH? Is it
derived from the previous response?
