I have seen this behaviour too in alpha-1, but never in the nightlies
(The last I used was pretty old: 11758). I can cure the problem
temporarily by clearing the dialog sizes in TSVN settings, but after
some time the problem reappears. I haven't been able to track down
what causes the problem to reappear yet.
