improved XLS diff script

Hi,

I've rewritten the Excel diff script to compare every worksheet instead
of just the first one (that's what it looked like it was doing anyway).
Feel free to include it in future versions of tortoisesvn. I've not
tested it with anything other than Excel 2002, but the only previous
version dependant stuff, i.e. "CompareSideBySideWith", has been left
pretty much intact.
