The beautiful part is that the hooks themselves can be version-controlled too,
using either the same or different repository as the project they are used on.

So I was rather thinking about some generic tsvn:clienthook property
to automatically create (disabled, for security reasons) items in Client Hooks
table on checkout/update.

Surely, tsvn:minlogsize is much simpler in usage, but hooks are much
more general,
as exemplified by checkyear.js
