Thank you for the links, I have also found the solution myself, but
I must know *what the problem is on earth* before I google the solution.

It's a pity the error message is very confusing, Mercurial does a good
job on this problem, it reports "abort: case-folding collision between
aa and AA" when execute `hg update', this behaviour is more user friendly.
