First: please always post to the mailing list when replying, not to me
directly.

I'm also using TSVN on Vista Ultimate and I've never seen that problem.
Did you edit your config file? Go to %APPDATA%\Subversion and remove
that folder. Don't worry, you won't loose any important information.

If that doesn't help, uninstall TSVN and install it again (don't forget
to reboot in between and at the end).
