Patience. The new icon overlay interface is, well, new. No one but the
TSVN team has had time to implement it in their tools yet. Give it a
couple weeks and even then it'll still require using nightly builds
until there are official releases with it included (probably a couple
months out).
Once everyone is using the new icon overlay interface, TortoiseSVN and
TortoiseCVS and all the other Tortoise's will play nice together and,
hopefully, the icon overlay issues will basically disappear.
