Well, I've implemented TortoiseOverlays last week, and made use of it in
TSVN yesterday (committed this morning). So it will be available in the
next nightly build.

It will be used in the next official release (when svn 1.5 is out). Not
sure if I'll be backporting this to our 1.4.x branch.
