Help file behind add-property dialog

Hi folks,

If I open TSVN->properties for a WC folder, then click on Add... and
in the Add dialog click on help, the help window is behind the add and
property dialogs. Closing the Add dialog reverts to the expected
behaviour. Latest 1.4.99 nightly on XP.
