Glitch in offline cache

Hi Folks,

if you "show log" for a WC folder and press "cancel" while TortoiseSVN is fetching the log, the cache pops in, reports a problem with the server communication and suggests different solutions how the situation should be handled.

IMHO, this dialog should not show up at all if the user cancels an operation. Other actions are probably affected as well.
