Re: TSVN GUI translation zh_TW

FYI, I have checked r11618, there were some wrong translations, not trivial
problems like wording, but the meaning of the whole sentence is wrrong.
I've fixed them and commited a new revision.

win(wangyn), thanks for your contributions too, but I hope you can be more
careful about the translations next time.
