TSVN overlays problem after downgrading from nightly

Hi,

I installed 1.4.99 from the nightly builds to get round a problem with
the Export feature. However that version doesn't work with VisualSVN so
I decided to back to 1.4.5.

However now I don't get overlay status icons on some of my folders (but
I do on others) and VisualSVN still doesn't work. I have a feeling that
the downgrade hasn't actually worked because I haven't got the same
behaviour I had originally.

Does uninstalling TSVN *completely* uninstall it such that downgrading
should work?
