Log Messages Dialog - Nightly Build 11512 - From 01.01.1970 to 01.011970

Hello,

I found a problem in the log messages dialog of the actual nightly build.

If i create a new repository with svnadmin on the server site and then
checkout a workincopy with TortoiseSVN
the Log Messages dialog has set the time filter from 1.1.1970 to 1.1.1970.

I created a Zip file with the repository and the workingcopy. The
working copy must be relocated. I also added
a screen dump of the Log Messages dialog.
