No need: if it's a clean install and not an update, reinstalling won't help.

I remember that Simon reported something like this before, but we could
never reproduce this. Ok, I have to admit that I can only try this in a
virtual machine because Win2k won't even install properly anymore on
newer laptops (including mine), but that shouldn't really matter anyway.

If you have any information that could help us reproduce this problem?
For example settings you made in the explorer, other tweaks you made to
the system, maybe even window settings (show shadows, menu animations, ...).
