Nightly build on W2K prof shows no menu text

Hi devs,

W2K professional is still supported by TSVN right?

In that case: I just did a fresh install on W2Kprof of

TortoiseSVN 1.4.99, Build 11512 - 32 Bit -dev, 2007/12/03 22:35:15
Subversion 1.5.0, -dev
apr 1.2.11
apr-utils 1.2.10
berkeley db 4.4.20
neon 0.27.2
OpenSSL 0.9.8g 19 Oct 2007
zlib 1.2.3

And after a reboot the context menu only shows icons, no text (the status
bar does show the tooltips). This happens when using the default English
language; switching to the Dutch language pack has no effect.
