Overlay icon licensing

Hi,

I’ve developed a plug-in for a text editor (TextMate) which shows the
SVN status of files in the project, and I’d really like to be able to
use the nice icon overlays included in TortoiseSVN. I’m not really
clear on the licensing of these, is anyone able to tell me if this
would be allowed, and what I would need to do to bundle them with my
plug-in if it’s possible?
