vista network shortcuts

Hi,

I use tortoisesvn in Vista and have an issue when I use 'network shortcuts'

These are basically links to samba shares on servers.

If I want to checkout to a one of these shares I can do it when I use
the full UNC path (e.g. \\server1\share1\path\to\file\workingCopy)

But when I have a 'network share' called 'shortcut1' pointing at
\\server1\share1\path\to\file and try to check out there, it doesn't work.

Instead of creating the working copy on the server, it creates a new
directory in
C:\Users\<my_username>\appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\network
shortcuts\shortcut1\workingCopy

I then have to use the command prompt to delete this directory.

Just thought I'd report this issue.

Pete.
