Repo Browser: Copy to working copy and folders

Using the same old nightly (1.4.99, Build 10611):

I am trying to find the TSVN equivalent to "svn cp URL WC" (check out
URL into WC, schedule for addition)

What I found was the context menu item "copy to working copy" in the
repo browser. But when using that command on a folder, I only get the
"Save as" file dialog which does not allow me to select a folder in my
WC.

Bug, feature or already fixed? Where else could I find "svn cp URL WC"?
