Good luck! AFAICT you have not discussed this at all on the subversion
mailing lists, so how did you find a buddy to agree to entering this
in the svn issue tracker? You can expect that issue to be summarily
deleted the next time the subversion devs check through the new
issues.

TortoiseSVN supports what subversion supports. We don't use a
customized version of the subversion libraries.
