Improvements to icon overlays

Hi,

It would be really helpful if more infomation was shown graphically,
here are some suggestions that should be simple to do.

1: Folders created with SVN:Externals were indicated in some way,
perhaps a E as well as a status.

2: Folders that are nested projects were indicated as such, perhaps with
a tortoise, as currently they are impossible to tell from normal
sub-folders

3: Folders that are project routes were similarly (perhaps identically)
indicated

4: When you check out a project into a folder and check omit externals
and only check out top folder, if there are no files in that folder, the
project root folder looks just like any other explorer folder, and not
one under SVN control, this could cause problems, e.g. the folder being
deleted because it is thought empty.

Perhaps it would be possible to indicate that is a special folder,
perhaps by using customised folders. Placing a hidden, readonly file
called desktop.ini file with the following text in the folder, making
the folder +S (system) would allow the background of the folder to show
faint little tortoises.

or by using a htt folder view, making the folder a 'web page'

Jason.
