Merge wizard tooltips

Hi folks,

There are no tooltips in the merge wizard. I don't remember if the
previous version had them, but they would certainly be useful on the
options page.

The revision range and tree merge pages show the URL of the working
copy, but if it is longer than the allocated space it is just
truncated. A tooltip could show the full URL.

The WC ShowLog button probably isn't needed on the merge tree page.
What would be more useful is to know the revision that the WC is
updated to because you should use that in preference to HEAD for a
merging of trees.
