I wish I could read your thoughts, because then I'd know what you seem
to be referring to. I'm not an advocate of adding options for
everything, but tooltips quickly get on the nerves of users who are
familiar with the tool.

One example is on the Export dialog box. If you place your mouse on
the "Export directory" field, the tooltip comes up where you placed
your mouse (and moves with it), and it covers the URL of the
repository field, depending on where the mouse is. The tooltip is
"The location where the contents of the repository URL will be saved
to".

I also find the tooltips to be in places where the context is already
obvious (making them superfluous), but I understand that may just be
my preference.

I'm on Windows XP SP1 and all patches, with TSVN version 1.4.5 b10425
