contribute page

Hi

I have one request: can you create a "contribute" page? I had to
search a bit to find all the tidbits to contribute.

Here's the information I'd like to have seen all in one place:

Note: we don't provide direct links to our repository to reduce the
load a little. If you want to browse the source via the web interface,
copy the link into your browser manually.
- How to submit patches
Set up your environment so that you can compile TortoiseSVN. Have a look at
<strong>build.txt</strong> in the project root folder to know what you
need to download and how to setup the directory hierarchy. Do your
changes, test your stuff,
create a patch with TortoiseSVN and send the patch to
patches@tortoisesvn.tigris.org.
If we love your work, we will sooner or later give you direct commit access
to the repository :-)

Currently, I had to search the archives, browse a bit to find all the
needed information.
http://tortoisesvn.net/contribute would be a nice place to put this page.
Since patches@tortoisesvn.tigris.org doesn't seem to exist anymore,
I'll send my first patch here.
