The problem with pgup/dn now is that they work in relation to the cursor
position, which does not change when you go to prev/next diff. But this
could be fixed by positioning the cursor at the start/end of the diff as

you navigate to it, and making the cursor visible.

If the cursor jumps to the diff and is visible, I don't see much need
for this.
