Feature suggestion: Externals

Hello,

I would like to tell you about a feature suggestion referring to the Subversion property svn:externals. It would be great if there would be a button in the properties dialog when a svn:externals property is selected or added which would allow to choose the repository url and the revision to reference in a graphical way.

That would make life much more easier for me and many other people outside there. I talked about this with my colleagues and other people which use TortoiseSVN and everyone that works with svn:externals would like this feature.

Hope it`s an idea that is worth to think about.
