Minor Improvement: Show repo connection error string

From: Nathan Kidd <nathan-svn_at_spicycrypto.ca>

Hi,

Just now I (accidentally) created svn 1.4 repo but I'm still
serving with svnserve 1.3. When I tried to browse it
('svn://example/newrepo' from Windows Run dialog) the tsvn browser just
showed blank (no url, panel content, etc). I wasn't sure if it was
still loading, or hung or what. When I tried 'svn ls
svn://example/newrepo' I got the more helpful response of:

" svn: Expected format '3' of repository; found format '5'"

It would be good if TortoiseSVN would show this error message also,
probably in the file pane just like the commit dialog will say "no files
available to commit".

Thanks for TSVN,

-Nathan

P.S. TSVN 1.4.99.10086 -- yes very old but I didn't see any fix related
to this while watching the list.
