Unicode File (UTF-8) and TortoiseBlame

Hello,

on blaming a unicode encoded file (UTF-8) TortoiseBlame show the byte order mark as plain text -->  and all other unicode characters are displayed wrong.

If you use "Use text viewer to view blame" in the blame dialog, the editor shows the file correctly. It seems that TortoiseBlame can`t handle this files correctly.
