Log Messages Dialog - Problems with german special characters

Hello,

in the current nightly Build 11256 the log messages dialog don`t show the german special characters correct.
I have only installed TortoiseSVN, no language pack.

For example
Special character --> Displayed as
ü --> ü
ä --> ä
ö --> ö
