[TSVN] Minor Bug report. When installing LangPack, The dialog shows non-english.

Hi all.
I tested it in the LanguagePack_1.4.99.11182-dev-win32-ko.msi
and the LanguagePack_1.4.99.11182-dev-win32-ja.msi.
The first dialog of installer shows non-english characters(German
characters?).
I attached the capture image.
